The straw brush looks fine but I have no issue putting non-stainless lids (which most of mine are) in the top rack of the dishwasher which does a fine job on them.

Deal's dead. Bummer, I picked up two last August for $4.22 each and they've held up really well against daily cleanings. The initial one still looks brand new and the second is in storage as a spare. Would have loved some extras.
