I don't trust buying in-store gift cards with risk of them being tampered with. I had a bad experience with Target gift being empty when I tried to use it.

I went to my local store today. It says 2x$75 get $6 off. Can anyone verify at their local store! I didn't see the printed weekly ad at the store. I couldn't see the details about it!

I believe that is dollar general specific because on a Lowes Giftcard deal last year, I was able to use my credit card. (I think it was chase with another percentage back).
