Podiatrist here. Kerasal should only be used to fix the damage from fungus but it does not make claims of treating fungus. (Hence fungal nail renewal, not antifungal). Take personal accounts and reviews with a grain of salt. A lot of the pics in the reviews look like damaged nails that were going to grow out normal anyways regardless of the product used (just look at the guy above that fixed his with vinegar). The ones that say it didn't work look like actual nail fungus.

I had fungus in basically all my toe nails from rock climbing sockless when I was younger. Tried a few different topical treatments. Even being super diligent, 2x a day for months only ever saw improvement but not curing. Finally did oral terbinafine pill for 3 months. Wiped them all out except for one nail that came back. Did another treatment a year or so later and am finally fungus free. Pills were very cheap on my insurance.
Edit: comments aside this product seems more for discolored/rough nails rather than fungus.

My toenail fungus is embarrassing. Went to a podiatrist and they give me a prescription for some good stuff and only paid $10. Probably a lot better than this stuff

The best way to get rid of nail fungus is to have the entire nail removed. Otherwise, it will keep coming back.....

Literally having your toenails removed. It's what finally took care of the issue for me. Nails grew back with zero issues.

I used household vinegar. Took 6 month to heal. Never came back. I won't even charge you for the images https://imgur.com/a/ZQyPaOO

I too suffer from fungus in the big toe and pinky. That toe nail removal was disgusting. Does it never grow a nail back? I still want a nail.

Sides of right toe nail curls inward real bad when long, that skin underneath is squeezed in, until I clip nail to relieve the curl. No pain though. Nail even fell off due to too much running. But issue persist. Will this help?

So what is the best. I've been using all kinds of stuff. Vicks/iodine/hydrogen peroxide and this. They have gotten better but I think it's cause been using a little Dremel type sander to thin the nails.

Reviews are mixed but I've gone down the rabbit hole on this product before. There is evidence that this can cure toenail fungus, contrary to labeling, and contrary to many experts out there. Results aren't great, but there's a 54.5% mycological cure rate (fungus is gone) at 15 months. People have been doing research to pair antifungals with Kerasal, but those aren't currently available (at least not in the US).
Feel free to read it yourself. Kerasal = K101
