I used the odyssey g9 monitor as a med student and while it's nice to have all the space to have multiple windows open side by side, it is fairly narrow. I recently started using the 2 source mode and have the ps5 running on the right side of the screen and my computer on the left. Pretty cool.
I just got the Costco one. The reflective screen on it is a slight downside. No big issue but also apparent when you use it during the day for me. It's also 144hz, but also no big issue as few gpu keep up depending on the game.
Smaller benefits of this model include that this model is newer, has LEDs, sound, remote/smart TV. Personally not a fan of Tizen on my old Samsung smart tv.
A dumb monitor isn't bad, if you want smart functionality a set top box (Roku, Apple TV, whatever) will be replaceable compared to smart features getting outdated or sluggish, though will use one of your three inputs.
The sound on the 95 is 2x 5w speakers, I'm guessing you probably won't ever want to use them. Monitor stand is wider, that's down to personal preference.
So it's really about the anti glare and 240hz IMO. I do like 240hz to future proof a bit, but the jump from 144 to 240 may be hard to notice for a lot of people. Are these two features worth a $100-200 premium? If you're in competitive high fps gaming, maybe. If you have a lot of sun in your room, the anti reflective coating helps more. I'd say if you can get this at $900 + 5% back, compared to the Costco one at $800 + 5% back, I'd probably get this model for 240 hz + anti glare at $100 more even if I dislike smart TVs when they age.
Also with these oleds, remember how the text is rendered. Not a problem 99% of the time but when I used window search the text was a smaller font and renders oddly. Small price to pay and I can code and write documents on these fine fine. Around 8px font it starts to get render blurry whereas on my regular monitors 7px font renders sharp. This is smaller than what I expect 99% people to care about, but it is a thing.

But I will wait for the 2024 model with Anti-glare feature. like the Nano texture display for Apple MacBook Pro and Studio display.
If you have the anti glare screen, you will not go back to glare screens
EDIT - $899 with a government employee discount at Samsung - 3% CB at the Rak = $873.
Then I bought two Samsung 49" G91SD 5120x1440 displays. Theyre awesome, but the narrowness of the displays stick out compared to the 3440x1440 and the 2560x1440 (and, of course, it would). I wouldnt avoid getting them for this reason, but, its noticeable and some may find it not tolerable.
A 50" TV, assuming 4k, is really cumbersome...where are you going to put it? You might have the space behind your desk to mount it on the wall and maybe your desk if more than 24" deep, so youd still have to move your desk feet away from the wall...otherwise the neck strain will kill you having to look up at the top 2/3rds of the display.
A fine alternative to a 49" is to get dual 34" 3440x1440. Id skip the 4k unless youre actually gaming on it and have the GPU to push 4k. Stack those 34" (I stack my 49s to work on the bottom and run all sorts of nonsense on top). You can probably get 2 really solid 34" for the price of this 49" and you get additional real estate relatrive to the 27" displays that you have.
Lastly, be sure to read up on the reviews of this particular model. My quick glance revealed lots of complaints about the smart hub, turning HDR on and off, and the huge number of button presses to adjust simple things like the brightness.
Good luck,
