Normally text sharpness will look better on a newer IPS display instead of an OLED because of the subpixel configuration. The other thing to consider if you are in Excel for hours at a time, "burn in" can happen on OLED displays over time.

The 800R curve is great for gaming, but not so much for work. I'd recommend a monitor with 1800R for both gaming & office IMO.
