I own both and while I wouldn't say 100x better, I do think it is well worth an extra $20. Now if you find this deals model for $80 or less, I would go that route (also worth noting this model has better moisture protection rating than the 2s).

I own two of the pros, a regular and a mini, and love both however I highly recommend the mini. I know it's hard to find a deal on them but if you do, don't hesitate to get them.
