I just bought a similar Acer from Best Buy three weeks ago but haven't taken it out of the box yet. I'm prefer this one, but it doesn't appear to be available for delivery or store pick-up.

Can't believe my Omen was from 2020. Paid $850 back then. Went to go look at trade in value and not even an option. Great laptop then. Probably same now. There are a few open box options at $791 good condition near me.

Are Omens still plagued with the keyboard defects that cause some keys to stop working? I have one from 2020 with multiple important keys not functioning, and apparently this is a chronic issue. They make it so you have to take apart the whole computer to change out the keyboard, so I feel it's not worth buying a keyboard replacement at this point.

I bought an Omen 17" 2022 in March 2023. It has an i7 12th Gen. processor and an Nvidia 3070ti graphics card. I upgraded the RAM from 16gb to 64gb and added a 2nd m2 SSD. After 2 years, I have no issues with the keyboard.
