Yeah, it's odd. In fact, the listing says the front is lace up. But if you take the model number (232835) and Google it, it appears to be slip on. It's not their official "slip-on" line, but it looks like it's no tie.

I will say that I read a comment on Reddit (or maybe it was here) that said they thought the Costco bulk models were not as quality as the regular sketchers. I bought a S Sport model from Target (a custom line for Target), and maybe it is just the type of shoe, but it was noticeably not as comfortable as the other sketchers everyday sneakers I have bought. It's not terrible, but definitely not as comfy. Maybe it's just the model I got. Can't comment on the Costco one since they dont have wide.
