Considering if this is better than https://slickdeals.net/f/18325129-lenovo-slim-pro-9-16-3-2k-165hz-mini-led-touch-i9-13905h-rtx-4050-32gb-lpddr5-1tb-ssd-1025-99 - newer processor vs much nicer screen seems to be the main difference (I know refurb, but with a 2 yr warranty, its basically solid).

I believe the ultra 9 is newer and faster also. Read somewhere that Intel changed their i-series product names for laptops after 13th gen and dropped the i

Slim pro build quality is slightly better than the ideapad. But here, both cpus preform almost same although I believe i9s are 14 core vs 16 core. Also the slim pro for some reason is heavier than the ideapad

I am wary about ordering from a seller named "new.techies". Has anyone ordered from this seller in the past, and would like to share the refurbishment quality, etc?

Had the Slim Pro 9 for a few weeks. Great screen and audio. Good performance out of the cpu and 4050, but don't expect gaming performance. Also, the battery was not good at all, which was the main reason I returned it. Also, that i9 runs pretty hot.
