some zipcodes will qualify and some won't. This is just basic membership where the tows are to the closest repair facility. A day later i got my online account setup and was able to upgrade to premier for $75 more. Total spent $109
Also note they don't verify that you live at the address you sign up with.. that might be helpful for some of you.. if you know what i mean.
Also note, with the zipcode i used it didn't allow me to create an online account and
gave a message that there is a delay in setting up online accounts. "There is currently a delay in new memberships being added to Online Account access. We appreciate your patience!" (the site/zip i used was carolinas based)

I did that. It let me start a new account.
BTW i was able to upgrade to the premier membership for $75 more.
So total was $109 for the premier. which is pretty good, because the vet discount is like $107 total. So it was close to that.
