Anyone tried this? Curious if you.. eh hem...ugh, spit or swallow when "dipping" one of these? Any actual effects or just capitalizing on the Zyn craze

You'll definitely feel a "buzz" type effect from 80mg if you're not used to caffeine. That's about the equivalent of a cup of coffee. I've never tried these, though.

They're good. It's like an energy drink. You swallow. It's just a flavored pouch. I use them so I don't drink coffee in the afternoon - so I can drink more water
