I have an AC-180P and an AC200P as well as a b300 expansion battery. I've had to contact support twice and they have been responsive.

I can't say anything about their customer service, but I've had my sump pump plugged into this unit and the unit plugged into the wall outlet 24/7 for over a year to act as a backup power supply for the sump pump during power outages. It has been rock solid so far. We have had a couple of power outages and it worked as intended. I've got no complaints.
This is a great price. Thumbs up.

Any idea how long it could last running a pump like that. I was thinking about getting a different pump with a dedicated battery backup but this seems like a much easier solution.

Kind of a loaded question, but I'll do my best to give feedback.
The answer is, "it depends" of course, but in my case, my sump pump runs a lot. It activates every few minutes. I did a test during the rainy season last year and ran a calculation based on activation cycles, remaining battery life, etc.
In my case, I estimated that I'd get about 24 hours, which IMHO is pretty decent. It is at least enough time for me to take action to get it taken care of before the basement floods.
Another thing to consider is that a backup pump might be better given that the primary pump may die and you likely won't know about it until it's too late. So, the Bluetti unit won't save you under this scenario.
For me, I've got the primary pump running through the Bluetti and I've got a lead acid battery backup pump. If the primary pump dies and the backup pump activates, the backup pump will squeal to indicate to me that there is a problem.
I tend to overdo things a bit, so I've also got a wifi-enabled sensor in the sump crock that will send an alert to my phone if the water level reaches a certain point. That would tell me that my primary pump is not working (even if I'm not home to hear the backup pump warning).
Oh, and to be clear, I've got another "solar generator" backing up my router and modem so that I can still get the notification on my phone if we lose power while I'm away.
It's not a fool-proof system, but it's the best I can come up with at this point.
I hope this helps.

I'd make sure that it's coming from an official Bluetti store. I can't confirm this but I'm pretty sure someone posted that they reached out to Bluetti and this Seller wasn't recognized as an authorized seller (possibly won't be able to register the warranty).

So... I have a bluetti that I bought refurbished from ebay and it's been great so I'm not crapping on the product or the company, but I'm totally confused where they got 36Ah when it's 1152Wh. At 12v, 24v, and 36v, the Ah is not 36v. Closest at 36v which gives 32Ah, but still notably off. Plus, the input voltage is 21-30, which indicates it probably isn't a 36v system.

In short, either the Wh or Ah rating appears to be wrong. If the Wh is correct and the Ah is wrong, it's OK bc you're getting the high end of what is advertised. But if it's 36Ah at 24v, the Wh rating is really low, indicating it has around 1/3 that capacity. So, if you buy, you may want to confirm specs on receipt. They have good support via ebay so you'll probably be fine, but worth noting.

If someone has more knowledge, feel free to shed some light on this. I'm a well versed amateur with this stuff.

Do you have a personal story, or a reputable article talking about this? Feel free to explain your comment.

Mine has been great. Did a return on another when I changed my mind, had zero issues. Considering it's refurbished products on eBay, I'm actually blow away by the level of support. Also - these come with a 5 year warranty. Considering it's refurbished, that's a strong statement of confidence in the quality of their product.
