This is not entirely accurate, you actually need to spend $65 pre tax out of pocket to stack these two deals. Your invoice will deduct $15 from the subtotal of whatever you purchase to qualify for the gift card to account for the gift card's value. Instead of giving you the gift card for free, you are essentially charged $15 for the gift card and given $15 off whatever you purchase. That way if you return the products later you don't get to keep the gift card for free.

For example you buy 2 24 packs of the Charmin XL Ultra Strong for $52.98 total You will qualify for the gift card and it will be added to your cart and you will receive it once the order ships or is picked up, but when you check your invoice the cost of the Charmin will be adjusted to $37.98 (or less if you also got free shipping) and you will not qualify for the P&G rebate. You'll need to spend at least $65 out of pocket in order for this promo to stack with the rebate. I know this because it just happened to me. $55 spent out of pocket on toilet paper turned into only $38 on the invoice (they also deducted an extra $2 from the cost of the Charmin for the free shipping!). Luckily I have $20 of other P&G products from a previous purchase in April. But just FYI for anyone who might try to take advantage of this!

This is copied exactly from my invoice (note I also had an extra 20% coupon, which explains the extra $10.19 off)
