I bought these last year in black. Material is not thin and could be softer. I disliked how tight the collar is on the crew, was so I recommend V neck if you don't like neck tightness.
I wear them by themselves

These are inner shirts. They aren't for wearing by themselves

XXL in black is back in stock. Just ordered a pack. I wear black undershirts every day, and yes, they are under shirts, not stand alone T-shirts if that matters to you.

These are different from the 2 pack Amazon Essentials. Slimmer and I believe thinner. But that doesn't mean you can't wear it by itself either. Sailors in white Ts are what this country is made of(I don't know what that means)

Bold move going full Winnie the pooh with this shirt. I recommend V-neck instead

These Amazon Essentials T-shirts used to be my favorite. I still wear some that I bought years ago. But I ordered more 2 years ago and again last year and they were NOT the same. They now shrink 2-3" after the first wash (wash and dry on cold), so they become way too short. I'm guessing they changed manufacturers at some point to save money. I wish I would have known years ago and I would have bought so many more.

Do they even sell a pocketed version (on sale or not)?
