Bought one of these for $10 from woot in espresso. Well shipped and works fine. I've never been a fan of the shelf, though, it just slams down when opening. Regardless, it does the job.

I got it yesterday and it looks great. I'll put my gym bag on it everyday instead of on my bed to pack/unpack. And it'll be good to put my luggage on it instead of having to bend down to pack my suitcase. I don't know if I'll ever use the lower shelf, but at least it's there.

Because putting a suitcase on a bed to unpack/repack is a recipe for bringing home bedbugs.
