It's pretty great. I'm currently using it as my monitor and once you adjust the brightness to your liking and decide whether or not you want to do HDR it's beautiful. I know some people say OLED isn't as sharp, but I noticed almost no difference between this and my Previous IPS Samsung monitor. I work a lot in excel and with text and have had no issues. Just turn sharpness to 16 or 18.

It doesn't seem to take the sleep command, so I manually turn it off when I step away. I also have the taskbar auto hidden, but I really think burn in is overblown.
PERSONAL OPINION
IMO the max I ever found usable as a personal monitor for a computer was 42". I know some may be fine with 48", but you'll have it to have it wall mounted at that point (again, personal opinion). I personally found the 42" a tad too big and sold it for a 32" 4K OLED and IMO that's the sweet spot for monitors.
You won't find a 32" 4K OLED at this price though unless it's used/refurb. Not too sure if you'll find a 42" 4K OLED either under $600.

edit: as I mentioned haha, the below comment disagrees with me and loves it as a monitor so it's all personal preference 😄 Just make sure you have the depth of desk space or can wall mount it or it will be too large.
I don't think that tariffs apply to last year's model that has been on a shelf for 6 months. I could be wrong

Is this overkill for a bedroom tv where I don't game at all? Seems like all the comments here are people gaming or using it for a monitor.

We bought one for our living room and all I want to do is replace every TV in our house with one. I didn't know what I was missing without an OLED. No major complaints about this b4. Id definitely get one in the bedroom if I wanted to buy another tv

This is great price, if I hadn't already replaced my C9 with a 82" UN82MU8000 I repaired, as my monitor, I'd jump on this. Screen real estate really depends on your use case. For the most part, my app windows remain within a 27-32" dead bottom center, and my focal points are all at the bottom. Everything else sits mid to top and corners that I only need to check on at a glance like all of my monitoring apps, prometheus, grafana, portainer, solarwinds, btops, dashboards, security cam feeds etc. I use it entirely for work related cases, hardly ever game, but when I do it's still glorious. However, over time, the 82 just strained because I have no real discipline not to go full screen on some games 😂 I feel like this 48" would be my own personal sweet spot. Been praying for a 8k 50" personally, as they would give me the resolution I need to break things up on a smaller screen.

Also FWIW, my C9 has burn in everywhere from my dashboards, grafana, btop, basically all of my monitoring software, I did keep it on 24/7 because of security feeds.
