I detail interior car parts. I use this to remove stubborn stains and grease from plastics, cloths, and even leather. Just a little bit (few drips) and a soft toothbrush in a circular pattern and then use diluted tide with oxi afterward.

Do these fluids come with an expiration date at all? Just wondering how long they can sit on the shelf before becoming useless. I don't really need one, but I'm buying one anyway.

CA has a ban on Naptha and quite a few other high VOC solvents like Xylene. Almost all solvents are banned except Acetone.

Damn, that sucks. Can still get a gallon at tractor supply around me for $23/gal. Shame it's seemingly becoming more scarce, stuff works wonders for a number of things.
