I have the pivot troop version of this back when it was on sale and its a solid modular system. I have not had issues with creaking or squeaking as mentioned above.

The baby girl loves it and falls asleep as soon as shes placed in the seat. Although I havent used the toddler seat yet so still unknown there.

My wife and I used the pivot for our baby girl and now our new boy. Works well, we don't use the stroller a lot but it works fine for us for going for walks and we have used the car seat and base daily for 2 years now without any complaints or issues. Take it for what it's worth. We also have the Graco 360 seat in our other vehicle which seems to be the popular seat choice. Can't go wrong with this one for the money in our experience
