It's supposed to be long boiled pork broth, very rich, but it doesn't taste like that at all! Nothing like the real thing. Almost vegan in flavor. In the list of ingredients I see no pork or lard. Just some beef and anchovy flavor extracts.
It's not bad, just kinda fake/strange.
