Also it doesn't look like it has a hose for connecting to a larger propane tank, appears to be designed only for the small, camping tanks (unless someone knows otherwise).
Edit: snagged the last one at my local store, definitely an easy cost of entry for doing 4-6 smashburgers or stir fry. Hard to spend $300+ if I don't know I'll even use it. Bonus that I can rotate the same LP canister from the fire pit

One thing I recommend to invest in is a wind guard/warming rack. As space will be limited you can place food that need to stay warm over the griddle w/the rack and clear space.
