Trouble to stuff all the wires back into the box. Wires capped are more flexible. These add a rigid square Lego sized box that doesn't like to be moved or bent in just any old ways.. that being said I still managed to stuff everything back into the box safely. And the hold is strong, I could just yank the wire out of the connection. 9/10 would recommend.. made the job extremely easy. Also if you're going to switch outlets the lever action ones are great you shove them in the back and close the levers to secure. They are different from the back Stab outlets.
I use them for adding smart switches to light switch junction boxes as trying to twist 4+ wires into one giant wire nut takes up way more space than the 5 port wago connector, which is flat and allows for better organization in the box plus easier changeouts later if desired.

If you are never driving too much current through the outlet or fixture, they work as rated, but they are less resilient in situations where thresholds are exceeded. If a breaker failed to trip on overdraw or short these would absolutely cause a fire sooner than a wire nut would.
With all this in mind, I do enjoy their convenience, but I use them for stuff that doesn't draw a lot of current like lighting, fans, fire alarms, etc. I avoid their use in receptacles.
