One hole where cables enter wall (strategically placed to match the recess in back of TV) and another hole where cables leave wall (this hole is directly below the other hole, to facilitate easy cable fishing).
The raceway kit is what my wife could not accept. She demanded them in wall, fully concealed. So I followed orders!
