No, they didn't install the soundbar. For me, soundbar sits on table below the wall-mounted TV.
About the cables, I wasn't clear. I meant they ran them through the wall. Wife wouldn't accept the cables running down the wall below TV.

Ordered May 26, eta May 30, soundbar arrived May 29, text said tv is delayed with no updates, finally got notification it'll be delivered June 10.
š¤I don't need the TV now so no biggie, but I'm hoping for no more delays.
