Who knows. There seems to be a consensus amongst some people that these are strictly for bike tires etc. While I don't have this specific model, I have had great success with these on car tires , completely dead flat tires included.

I don't have this specific model either, but I do have one from a lesser-known brand. One day, I had a flat tire and didn't realize it for a couple of days because I hadn't used the car. Later, I found a nail in the tire. I used a portable tire inflator to fill it with air and drove to a tire shop to get it repaired. It was a true lifesaver!
