Would this (https://www.walmart.com/ip/Zimtow.../451005510) be a better deal? It has higher power, is larger in capacity, stainless steel oil pan, and cheaper.

The product page shows its 110VAC, but that's pushing even a 20A breaker. At least with resistive elements there's no higher starting current, but that's still more than I'd be comfortable running on anything but a dedicated circuit.
