Yes, at least the main body of the water bottle is.

I don't know what the lid is made out of so I can't vouch for that, but Tritan is the same trademarked, nearly-unbreakable blend of BPA-free plastics that Nalgene bottles are made out of.

As the primary shopper for a large family I've gone through dozens of water bottles over the last decade and Tritan is the ONLY kind of plastic I'll consider for water bottles at this point. Metal and Tritan are the only ones that last.
