Deal History includes data from multiple reputable stores, such as Best Buy, Target, and Walmart. The lowest price among stores for a given day is selected as the "Sale Price".
Sale Price does not include sale prices at Amazon unless a deal was posted by a community member.
So you are knocking on Samsung tablets because you prefer iOS? Then why bother commenting here if you have no experience or inclination towards actually using it? I personally have the S9 Ultra that I use every day because it is great for media consumption. I understand a big tablet is not for everyone, but there are enough of us out here that appreciate the additional real estate.
I chatted with the customer service online. They said Amazon Fire tablet is not qualified as an Android tablet trade-in. YMMV.
I had the same experience. However, the rep then sent me an email apologizing for giving me wrong info, and confirmed that it is in fact eligible for trade in ($300). I have the email to send you if you decide to order in case they deny you. Anyhow, no $50 first purchase discount.

I love the big tabs for reading in a stand, and ones with good viewing angles to watch videos on the go. But once you get over 13", they start getting harder to handle. Moreso the overall size than the weight. I bought a 15.6" one and that's definitely never coming out of the stand.
BTW those 15.6" tabs all over amazon and ebay with barely any reviews are like that because it's terrible, they keep deleting reviews and listings, making new ones with 2-5 fake reviews.

You need to buy based on "SPECS". Specifically the CPU (this will tell you how fast it is), next the type of screen, screen resolution and brightness, etc... Your statement may be true for some but not others. My statement is always true and has been since competition on computers.
But with Android tablets you also need to be aware of how long you will get updates.
Personally, I like a 8-9" tablet size, with high end specs.

I think I see why you're very confused. I know all of that, and a bit more because I've scratch built android devices and made my own roms. Had there been such info on the device, that would have been great.
But it was a pleasure to meet an exalted expert. Had I know I probably would have never even spoken.
And a lesson on what performance competition is most welcome. My expertise only goes back to the 1970s.
I have s8 ultra with keyboard, don't use it very often I already have two ipad 12.9 with Magic Keyboard which I use everyday
I image it can watch movies, browser etc
i have 2 mac book airs and 2 ipad pros(one is M4) and one iphone, yet i still use my PC laptops, samsung galaxy phone and samsung tabs 95% of the time.
Please explain how do you use a 14.6" tablet in bed? I just don't get it... really, I don't.
I use it like a laptop with the keyboard case. It's nice since unlike a laptop, it doesn't get your lap hot. And it's also better than a laptop just sitting on the bed, since a normal laptop would suffocate from lack of air intake from the bottom.
