I have 24 of these installed in my home and not had any issues. The night light version of these lights caused a humming noise, however, so I stayed with the basic ones. These are compatible with Kasa dimmer switches even though it's not advertised to be so. Lastly, the lights are still fairly bright to be a night light for small children. It's a good dim at the lowest setting but just not for a night light.
I bought a bunch of extras for that purpose. They are cheap enough to have some spares for the future. I have 20+ installed for a few years and none have failed yet.
Quality control is iffy based on reviews. I recommend installing with wagos, so you don't have to struggle so much to replace it.

The problem with these is that when they burn out in the future, you may not be able to find an exact replacement.
I had a bunch of similar lights from another no-name brand that an electrician installed without asking me first. they started burning out, while replacements were available from the manufacturer from their website their shipping was expensive. Moral of the story, if you use a brand that is readily available at lowes/HD then replacements are not an issue. Nobody wants mismatched lights in their house.

Isn't that the case for just about any light these days?

i like the low profile one 4" with night light mode ones ($130 for 24 pack) 2 boxes and also 6" 12 pack with night mode for $58.

install about 50 of them out of 60. One fixture was loose at housing so had to replace.
I love the night light mode and so as the dimmer.

I spent about $100 each for 6" and 4" can lights 5 ~ 10 years ago but now I can just use those for only $10 ~ 20 each.

Those fixtures are relatively trust worthy with Certified by ETL & Energy Star.
I also like those CCL can be changed with switches.

If it fail, I just replace with a new one (with I have as back up).
If those fail after 5 ~ 10 yrs later, I think at that time there will be more energy efficient ones for less.

I found it would not worth to spend $100/each for those anymore unless you have very specific use for them.

I bought another 10 back with this discount.
I will replace 1 hallway light and add another one, then install new one in shower room since those are damp rated. 3 for $50? around 20 each?

similar to below price.

I bought from big box and the mfgr still stopped making the exact set. So no matter what you get and where...buy spares!

How easy to install these? I have some recessed lights in my house I'd like to turn into smart lights. Should I start with a smart light switch first? What's the advantage of these?

I installed 20 of these recently in an addon. Once I powered them up, they had an annoying flickering (almost like a second-long buzz) that happened when other appliances in the house kicked on. I even tried cleaning up the noise on the line, checked the neutrals in the box, but no luck. Swapped them out with Philips brand and no more flickering. Huge, huge pain to replace them, by the way.

Surprised to read all the glowing reviews. I installed 17 lights from Amico about 2.5 years ago. Amazon page said they were good for like 50,000 hours (5 years) of uptime but they only advertised a 2 year warranty. Right at the 2 year mark they started failing on me. Have had at least 8 of them fail and didn't buy enough spares to cover. Now I need to buy a new fleet of em to replace. Not breaking the bank or anything on their price points, but as I buy another set I'm getting more spares and don't expect them to survive much longer than the advertised warranty period.

I can't tell if this deal is dead or not.. there's so many options of the same thing it seems.. a newer version?

I don't see the coupon either way.
