Important note for gamers:

"Despite the TV having modern gaming features, you can't use VRR with local dimming enabled, which is unusual and really holds back its usefulness for gamers."
I just got this TV. Very happy with it. Great image quality. I only play Switch, so it works for me from a gaming perspective.
I had an old Vizio M70-E3 from 2017, so this was a huge upgrade.
85" is huge and difficult to get up my stairs, and hard to mount too, but I got it done.
In the past, Panasonic TVs have better power supplies/electronics, heatsinks, and shielding. If these modern TVs are heavier than their competitors, then this design philosophy should warrant higher price.

Amazing if Beach Camera becomes the hub for TV sales for Amazon. They are located near one of the largest ports in the US, and sell a lot of sets through Greentoe (name your price site).

Per the dromedarybactriandromedary price tracking, it spent then early fall months of last year at $2999- it has since fluctuated wildly, averaging about $1500, and like most TVs has dropped off sharply in more recent months.

Same deal as a week ago but without the sound bar and warranty? Or is this a different tv?

Confirmed (at least to me) same as this ACTIVE BuyDig/Beach deal with sound bar and warranty:

Is the 85" a VA panel? How many dimming zones are there?

If you want to buy on Amazon, they have the same bundle [amazon.com] for the same price. This is just total lackluster deal posting research.
