How is it a better deal when it's over double the price? Is it double the size/weight?

Same goes for giving dogs any other bones. My IL's are the "old country" type where "in the old country" dogs were basically garbage disposals and ate all sorts of bones. Sorry not for mine. Even if the risk is low, it's not worth giving the dog something that's potentially going to cost thousands in vet bills or kill him.
