If you buy it now, then your membership will start immediately and membership will be valid until the May 31, 2026 but if you buy it on June 1, then you will have your membership until June 30, 2026.
So its better to buy it on June 1 provided the deal is still active.

When the promotional Shop Card E-card never gets credited to your account, Costco will have nothing to do with helping you realize this sign-on benefit that you are entitled to. They will tell you to work out the matter with Groupon, and your success may vary with working it out with Groupon in this regard. They might give you a consolation prize of 20% off your next Groupon purchase, or they might make you whole according to the terms that were agreed upon.
The fact of the matter is that Costco is actively hostile to those that sign up for Costco memberships from third party membership offers like Groupon. I am stating this based upon my own personal experience and the knowledge of others' experience to those who might sign up for this offer thinking that everything will be "automatic" and won't involve any possible hassle.

My membership expired November 30, 2023 which means I am eligible June 1. That worked out.

Has anyone gotten those $50 and $100 egift cards/codes from groupon successfully?

I mean base on the feedbacks here, they seem pretty sketchy and that's basically the whole slickness about this deal...

Has anyone been able to get the additional member on their account on a recently expired membership (i.e. less than 18 months ago) to qualify for this deal, and if so were they able to add the previous primary member as their additional member, or are they onto this and there's no way around it?

Our membership expired on 3/31 and we were going to renew on 6/1, but if we can do this switcheroo, that would be ideal.

Does anyone know how long the expiration on the 100 off 200 coupon would be?

We're buying a house this fall and would love to use it on a LG OLED once we are ready. Just not sure if it'll have a short expiration or not. Anyone done this deal previously and have any insight?

If I understand this correctly, I can buy now or up to June 22nd to get voucher. Do I have to activate voucher at time of purchase, or can I wait until July 1 to activate? Then I'd have until August 31 to use up the $50 Costco card and $100 off $200 online purchase? Or does $50 Costco card not expire?

I've not had issues in the past with groupon and Costco, other than email filtered my promo to junk. So willing to try again.
