Yes this is a pretty decent set to give to a cigar smoker as long as they are not cigar snobs. Some are throwaways but there's a few good ones. As someone who is borderline the former, I'd still appreciate if someone gifted me this pack.

As a cigar novice myself, these are great for a first go. I don't know about giving it to an aficionado.
