Is this good to run plex, NAS and other small pi hole kind of operations for my home lab?
It looks good to me. It is missing AV1 encode (as with most miniPCs right now) but otherwise you'll get good transcode support with Quicksync. I would like a few more cores but at this price point it isn't a bad deal. You'll get much better performance than a N100 miniPC at a similar value with the tradeoff of a little more power usage. I have a N95 MiniPC doing acting as a server and that's been enough for me; this is even better. As for a NAS, I think the connectivity is an issue as it only has 1x sata port, room for only a 2.5 drive and the USB connectivity you see in the pictures. This would make a better server than a NAS.
I have two DDR4 SODIMMs lying around and a few SATA ssds lying around and was considering getting this. Problem is that I already have 2 miniPCs (N95s) and don't see the need for another right now.

Good all the way to switch.
Way more powerful than those n150 twin lake machines.
