Eta: Regarding the quality, it's actually surprisingly good especially considering the price. I've tried a bunch of of different "budget" brands and this is definitely one of the better ones. One small, but nice, thing about them is that I haven't had a single pod arrive damaged. That's rare when it comes to having aluminum pods delivered.

No, these are not K-cups. I'm confused why there's always confusion
What's funny is that a normal US grocery store coffee aisle has SO many K-cup options and generally zero Nespresso (our Target actually sells Nespresso capsules with the machines, not in grocery. I can only imagine how many K-cup owners got home only to discover they bought Nespresso capsules).
Aluminum is generally considered the better option. I don't know if it's just coincidence, but of all the generics I've bought, the better ones do tend to be aluminum, while the plastic ones are meh. That's before any environmental discussion, just a quality comment.
