The benefit of allulose over other sweeteners is that it has a freezing point similar to sugar when dissolved. So it makes very good sugar-free ice cream.
Thanks OP!

I've been using allulose with the Ninja Creami, and as the above poster mentioned, allulose seems to work really well in sugar free ice cream.
I bought this exact bag a few weeks ago.

Works incredibly well with almond milk, vanilla, and cinnamon to create a zero-calorie glaze for baked goods or even be used inside some baked goods themselves. I've not noticed any weird aftertaste that you find with a lot of sugar substitutes.

Good price, but the Alluose blended with monkfruit is 1:1 for sugar sweetness.

The last time I bought a big bag of zero calorie sweetener via slickdeals, a week later it came out that it was carcinogenic.

Allulose has the FDA designation of generally recognized as safe. However, that means it probably has not really been studied and the creating company gave it that designation and the FDA went with it.

Allulose is chemically virtually identical to sugar but so are alcohol sugars which have been linked to higher incidence of heart problems.

Seems pretty safe and is very unlikely to be carcinogenic specifically, but I'd keep an eye out for research regarding its effect on heart health. If it has problems those would be most likely based on the other compounds that have had more testing.

I already have torani flavored syrups. Netter to use that to sweeten ninja creami ice creams recipes or use granulated sweeteners?

We just need to wait for 10 years more for research to say this is toxic.

Heart is like a canary in the coal mine. It is indication of body wide damage. Because your heart can't heal like the rest of your body.
