I have had these before. it's okay, but know that it's not a dessert cookie. It's more like eating those cookie recipes that replace most of the flour with protein powder. It's okay if that's what you are going for, but know what you are buying.

It's fake protein not 100% bioavailable. If it's 16g protein it should be 32% daily nutrition value. In reality a whole cookie only has 8g of bioavailable protein not 16g.
