Decent price, but that top will not last very long in Texas and other hot weather states. Maybe 2-3 years.
Or anywhere with decent winds. I never had one make it 2 seasons
Used to be the regular price for this flimsy junk ๐Ÿ˜‚

Catch is it won't last very long. Might want to anchor this very well if you live in a high wind area like tornado alley or southeast hurricane prone areas.

I wonder how it'd hold up to the Santa Ana winds in CA...

You can mount this wherever you darn well please, as long as it physically fits dimensionally

Whether or not mother nature lets it stick around mounted longer than a storm or two, or a few years of sun - that's the question you should be asking

Yes. Just drill it through your deck board and on the underside of your deck take another deck board and cut it to be two feet long and run it perpendicular to your deck boards so in theory that one two foot section of board runs under like 4 main deck boards. do that for each corner and that sucker ain't going anywhere unless it rips the entire top of your deck off. mine has lasted for years and it's extremely easy to do.
