Easy to use. But had issue with the grinder. They sent a replacement but same issue couple months later
Avoid oily beans (dark roast)

Bought ours on a similar Black Friday deal last year and it's been great. It's very easy to use, consistent, and adjustable, and the quality improvement with the same beans (fresh from Atlas Coffee and local roasters) compared to some cheaper but still 15-bar espresso makers is significant.

I've heard this and had issues with their stand alone grinder as well. We got the bambino and Encore grinder and it's a solid choice so far. Keep in mind we're barely mature enough to think starbucks tastes bad, however 😂
