It's not always used as just a condiment. I have a friend who uses an entire bottle for certain recipes he makes for meats to cook in his smoker for parties.
He'll cover the meat in mustard, then a layer of dry rub on top of that. It's then wrapped in foil and left to marinate for a day in the fridge. After that 6+ hours in the smoker with whatever wood chip he's decided to use that day.
During the summer, he can probably go through half of this case on his own just for smoking pork or beef to take to parties or for his parties. Plus there are other recipes, like mustard potato salad or egg salad that can go through a bottle.
The rest would get used at parties for hot dogs, burgers, brat dogs, and wherever else. This case could be finished in a summer with enough friends and family parties.
