This one is more of a slim form factor and the Patagonia is more boxy and relax fit. The Patagonia shell (40D) is also sturdier so you're less likely to have goose down poking out. The cerium is (20D) They're both pretty warm.
I like them both. If you're thinking of layering with an outer shell, go with this since it hugs your body more, unless you want to go down a size on the down sweater.
