4Mil is very thin for daily use. I like 7 Mil, or even 9Mil for anything mechanical.

Where do you use 4 mil gloves?

I ordered these gloves last time and every single glove was dirty. One even had a rock inside. How tf does that even happen? Returned and refunded. Hard pass!

I'm guessing one time use like painting or sanding and light cleaning. 7-9 is definitely better for auto stuff

Looking at the product details section, the $6.83 ones seem to be 3mil - very thin. Only the black ones are 4mil.
