Edit: received the refurb, looks and sounds like new. Includes full warranty and everything but the original box. Recommended.

If you don't have one and think you might have a use case, I'd say it's worth trying.
Worth noting: I also own the Tribit Storm Micro 2, and while I prefer that as a bike speaker (straps securely onto the top tube or stem), I prefer the Clip for most other mobile uses.
I gotta say, it sounds EXCELLENT. I bought it to use as a bathroom speaker lol. it's loud, and clear, and has pretty good bass imo. im sure the jbl is better, but yeah 2 for price of 1.
