I have a case + better PSU + 360mm cooler already and even excluding those things, this deal came out cheaper than what I could find available by ~$200. I would say it's a pretty solid deal. You could always wait for the GPU to be available at MSRP but that might take a few weeks/months or you could just get this and not have to constantly check inventory/lose to bots.

most likely this is a price error. this discounted price is only for their grand opening store in santa clara. they accidentally slashed the price for ALL stores across the country.
if you want/need an upgrade, reserve now before they fix the price.

$500 Cpu + $1200 gpu + $500 for other components + $200 for build cost / pre build markup. Seems fair, maybe good, but .. slick? I think our basis for costing is off because of all the recent market inflation

I have the 9070 non xt and I'm able to play most games on High 1440p. That extra $800 could be used to buy a new monitor or something else to compliment your PC.
