I can't believe I have turned into somebody with strong opinions about trash bags, but the Kirkland trash bags are also far superior to the Amazon ones.

bought these bags in the past, struggled to get through the box. horrible bags, seemed there was something wrong with every 2 or 3 bags I used, broken handles, tears, seams not sealed

costco and sams club brand are my go to now. I stock up when they are on sale

Member's Mark 200 13-gal bags at Sam's Club are $17. ($0.08/ea).
Probably similar at Costco for their Kirkland.
Therefore, don't waste your time with the Amazon Basics version.

My gf bought these, despite me telling her I'd grab some GLAD brand bags at Sam's, WOW do they SUCK! Maybe I got a bad box but quality control is lacking.

BJs (if you have a membership) are $15.99 for 200 count so 8 cents each.

TBF for me, 200 is like a 3+ year supply for me. I paid $16.50 for 200 of these in August of 2022 and I still have a bunch left. At least they don't go bad but not worth the storage space for the savings IMO.
