NMC is actually more power dense than LFP. If you compare to a 245Wh EcoFlow River 3 at 7.8lbs, this one at 293Wh and 7.44 lbs is lighter but has more capacity and a flashlight. However, NMC does have lower lifetime charge cycles vs LFP. Although even at 2000 cycles for the NMC battery, if you charged it every day, that's still about 5 1/2 years of use, and I doubt you would be charging every day.
The Wh per dollar on this is actually also quite good on this one. At 4.18Wh/$, it seems quite a bit better than a lot of the recent smaller sized power stations I've seen.
The bigger downside in my opinion for this unit is the max 60w charging input according to Amazon reviews. This means at least 5 hours to charge to full. Compare this to the EcoFlow River 3 which can fully charge in 1 hour. If you are ok with that, I think this unit is a great deal.

Nickel Manganese Cobalt vs lifep04
Different battery chemistry.
I had to google the differences. Each has their advantage.

Yes but at this price, it's still usable. Wonder if it can function as ups.

"Connect it to an MPPT solar panel or car via the 12V DC outlet for green charging. Say goodbye to noisy generators."

Also depends on how old the batteries are and how they were stored...hot / cold, charged / discharged. I wonder how easy it is to replace the battery(s)?

From there, it seems like NMC has a much more limited life of 2-3 years. I'm guessing for occasional use (camping), then Lithium is a much better option then
