Good deal. However, there are rumors that a new MX mouse is coming soon.

I've seen the rumors too. MX4 is right around the corner, photos have leaked. It…looks like the 3S.

The 3S looks like the 3 and the 3 looks like the 2S.The 2S is great value if you don't mind miocro-usb
The 4 will be much pricier.

This combo is a great deal if you need the keyboard as well.

I have this. Been using Logitech stuff for god knows how long. Wonderful mouse… Best I've ever used. Absolutely terrible keyboard…Missed keystrokes, janky software, and Flow frequently doesn't work. Logitech support doesn't care.

I have this exact combo, paid $170-ish from Best Buy with a Logitech trade-in promo ($199 otherwise). I like the keyboard and mouse enough.
2 complaints:
#1 The battery on the mouse outlasts the keyboard about 2 to 1. This is even on the lowest backlight settings. I get about 5+ days on the keyboard and over 10+ on the mouse. Turning off backlighting isn't terribly practical because you barely can make out the print on the keyboard if not backlit. Not sure why they couldn't have made it so that the keyboard roughly matches the mouse's battery life so you can largely charge both at the same time.
#2 Bluetooth delay in making connections. This might be end-point dependent but when switching between devices, my Lenovo takes much longer to connect than my DELL. The mouse always connects first but there are times when I have to trigger the on-screen keyboard to enter my pin to reach the desktop on the Lenovo.

Did you try return or exchange of the keyboard? It's high end.

I have this keyboard sitting on my desk, unused, above one that I don't hate.

It's heavy, slim, but just miserable to type on.

This is the best mouse that I have every used and the best non-mechanical keyboard that I have ever used. Great deal if you need it; I'm ordering this for my computer at work.

Is there something about the MX Keys S that is worse than the MX Keys? I love my MX Keys keyboard. I have one at home and one at my office. I honestly can't imagine using any other keyboard. I'm a bit surprised by the negative comments about it.

Additionally, avoid getting an MX Master 2S as recommended by some. Keeping a Micro USB cable around to charge the mouse is a minor but persistent annoyance. Also, my MX Master 3 feels significantly lighter than my 2S.

Ain't no way this is intended lmao adding a free item to trigger a 2+ item discount but still not that great of a deal off inflated pricing I guess
