I thought cl40 was the highest latency. So Pro it has the worst profile

That's not how ram works. Cas latency alone is marketing like megapixels were for cameras. CL rating is an indicator of who made the chips.

1. Cas latency without consdering speed is using MPH with out the H. Your metric for the car's speed needs the H or Km

2. Primary timings are not as important as sub-timings

2. These chips run at 1.1v for stability. Gaming ram runs at 1.3v or higher. These can OC slightly, but that defeats their purpose of stability.
