This was definitely a great deal if it is 2021! But in 2025 it's a hard pill to swallow especially due to no upgrade path to ddr5! I would recommend to buy one of those mini pc minisform or apple mac mini it has limited upgradability but overall performance is really good

lol okay. I built a similar setup in 2021 and this was NEVER an option in this price range for a similar setup. Just this alone in 2021 costed over 500$ for a ryzen 3600 and similar ASUS motherboard and 32gb ram. Right now the cheapest someone will spend on AM5 is going to be 450-500$ and someone could build an entire system for less than the cpu, ram and motherboard of AM5So yes this is a good deal. But personally I don't like that brand of ram and that's a very budget base tier motherboard but it is cheap. You can get the ryzen 5 5500 right now for 74$ on amazon. You could probably piece together a slightly better system for the same price.
