The pink 2C is actually only $19.
I'm sure 8bitdo and others will put out updated controllers or maybe even a firmware update can do it but just something to keep in mind.
I have the Navy version of this controller I bought specifically for Switch 2, they connect to the Switch 2, but none of the buttons or inputs work and the Switch 2 doesn't recognize it on the controller layout screen.
Dear 8Bitdo cut your number of SKU's by 90% but not needlessly omitting features. Probably would lower your overall cost of production and distribution even if the individual controllers might technically cost negligibly more.

FWIW, (again with Steam) I found 99% of controller magically work as long as the game is launched there, even if added as a non-Steam game.

8BitDo Ultimate 2C Bluetooth Controller for Switch - both were purchased for $19 when they were on sale. They work Great with the switch 2. I had to plug them into my PC to update the firmware first.
