The Play store version is free, but it requires the purchase of additional maps which are included with the Epic store version it seems.

I hated it and played it on Game Pass. One of the worst games I've ever played. Free is still too much for it.

Yes this is a weird one. Kinda like Dishonored. It's got great reviews, but nobody plays it. I did see a statistic awhile ago saying that games with the same ethnicity of these 2 protagonist generally dont sell as well than if the characters where Caucasian, even if the buyers were the same ethnicity of these 2. Same for comics.

I thought Deathloop was a great game, but after a while it got a bit repetitive. I gave up after a while, but it was a great ride while I was playing the first 15 hours or so. Because of how the game works, there are not real game saves until you finish a "loop". KUDOS to the game developers as they took a chance on something very creative and new though. The story itself is also really interesting. I just wish I had had the time to finish it. I also loved the main characters.

I remember when Deathloop by Arkane - Lyon, France came out. I was looking forward to it since I loved Prey and Prey Mooncrash by Arkane - Austin, TX. But as the YouTube reviewers pointed out all the problems with Deathloop upon launch, I wondered why anyone would buy it when they could buy Prey + the Mooncrash DLC, getting two whole, better games for a lot less money. If you wanted to enjoy Deathloop, but you didn't, play Mooncrash. Or if you have already played Mooncrash, play it again. It has very good replayability.
